Premium Solutions proudly displays its Spring 2023 collection of Lance Valve models – a debut of Premium’s recent innovation in surface finish technology.
Our Lance Valves, used to fill industrial pails, drums, and totes (5-55-275 gallons), are custom-designed for large volume throughput. Our valves and spare parts are manufactured and stocked in Houston, Texas, USA.
Premium’s Lance Valves feature:
- Single-piece construction (welded design) with no gasket leak paths
- 25% - 35% increase in fill speed – Across wide array of fill materials
- Improved seal reliability – including high temp applications
- Lower cost parts and reduced maintenance time
- Full 316 Stainless Steel Construction -Custom options available
- Suitable for 2-stage fill. Adjustable with dribble and continuous variable control
- Proven performance for over 15 years

Premium Solutions just completed an order for All-Stainless 3-Way Ball Valves (3” 600 class) for a major food processing plant in the mid-west U.S. (See photo.) Our proprietary design is favored for its low-maintenance, long life, and ability to sustain flow of even customarily “sticky” materials, avoiding down-time and wasted product.
