Full range of CNC machines and Centroid controllers. Turning to 63" dia with milling and drilling

One bay of Premium Solutions’ CNC machining equipment is shown here. Our full product line is machined in-house on horizontal lathes with turning capacity up to 30” diameter with lengths up to 75”, and vertical turning capacity up to 63” diameter. Milling capacity includes three and four axis vertical mills and a horizontal boring mill for drilling and threading large diameter parts.

All our CNC machines are fitted with latest-technology controllers; programs are standardized across machines for efficiency as parts move through production.
